We use your information solely to process mobile recharge transactions, manage your HeuPay wallet, verify payments via BML Internet Banking, and provide customer support. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Messaging Platforms

When you interact with HeuPay via Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, or WhatsApp, we receive your platform user ID and messages. This data is used only to process your recharge requests and is not stored beyond what is necessary to complete your transaction.

4. Data Security

All data is stored on secured servers. Payment references and transaction records are retained for legal and accounting compliance. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Wallet transaction records may be retained as required by applicable law.
